We got the family room at the top. It was spacious with a sublime view over Goreme town. Also, easy access to the rooftop terrace for breakfast and balloon viewing. Staff was very polite and a few things here and there were attended to immediately. They were also superb to connect with us on Whatsapp soon after we confirmed our booking and helped us book our tours in advance. We booked private Green and Red tours with Ozzie who is a knowledgable and enthusiastic guide. Worth every bit of the extra $$ that we paid for the private tours.

The hotel has an amazing view. The room itself has good quality finishing ( except for the toiletries ), its spacious, it’s clean, plenty of day light, nice patio to relax outside with a beautiful view, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast selection was good, the location is great too ( it’s slightly uphill, but it’s only a few minutes walk down to the main town area - some hotels are further along up the hill which makes it quite hard work to walk back up to the hotel ) . Would definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aydinli Cave Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with traditional decor and the charm of the cave stonework. There was a little table and chairs outside the room where you could chill out with a book and the views from the hotel's terrace (which we could access throughout the day) were fantastic - especially for seeing the hot air balloons in the morning. Breakfast was excellent - there is a good selection of sweet and savoury, a choice of freshly prepared eggs and a particularly lovely touch is that each morning they give you a couple of local delicacies - gozleme and a utterly delicious clotted cream with honey to spread on bread. The staff were really friendly and helpful - they helped book our airport shuttles and tours ahead of our trip and helped arrange for us to be dropped off at the trailhead for a wonderful hike around the red and rose valleys. The only point to note is that our particular room was near the front of the hotel and reception, which could be a bit noisy early in the morning when people are being picked up for the hot air balloon tours. So, if you're a light sleeper, you might want to ask for a room towards the back of the hotel. All in all we had a wonderful time and would recommend!

The location of the hotel is perfect. 5 minute walk from the centre. The hotel staff were lovely and we were always greeted with a smile. they helped us book a tour and everything went smoothly. Rang us every morning to our room when our drivers had arrived for tours and transfers. The breakfast had a lot of options and the staff even brought us some Turkish cream and fresh honeycomb to try which was amazing! Along with a few other traditional items. The room was quite spacious and clean. It was serviced anytime we asked and left with fresh bedding, towels etc. The bed was great. The pillows were the most comfortable hotel pillows ive ever slept on! The views from the hotel morning and night time are just beautiful. Everything was perfect!

Restaurant/places to eat in Aydinli Cave Hotel

We were a group of nine and stayed for three nights — it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast was plentiful, the location was perfect, and we enjoyed stunning views of hot air balloons and the sunrise from the terrace. The front desk helped us book restaurants, hot air balloon rides, and private tour. Their responses were quick and professional, and they even helped us get better price. We highly recommend booking a private local tour — our guide, Ozan, was not only professional and humorous, but also incredibly energetic and patient. Thanks to his guidance, we had an unforgettable time in Cappadocia.

Location was perfect, near the centre of Goreme. We hired a car and there were limited parking spots available in front of the hotel. Staff (Gukan - unsure about spelling) was a great host, giving us an introduction to Cappadocia and gave us free turkish delights to try. We booked a family cave suite which is slightly hot which I believe due to the materials of the building however we didn't need to use the air conditioner given it's October and has cooled down significantly. The room was spacious and big bathroom. Only issue is the shower head not staying on properly and water pressure is low. The standout of the property is the view you can get from upper levels, whether at night time when the city is lit up or early morning when all the hot air balloons are in the sky, it's a view you can't miss. Breakfast is also brilliant, with great selection of choices incl eggs made to your preference. Breakfast crew were super attentive and offered additional breakfast treats, we loved the honey and cream which was super delicious. Hot food can run out so I'd recommend go before 9am.

I have been to this hotel a couple of times. The first time was perfect. I like the appearance, the comfort and the MALE staff, who are always very kind and helpful (the women not kind, nor helpful). The breakfast quality when I was there a few years ago was MUCH better, but still they do their best to please us at the kitchen and the young men who take care of the service.

The staff were very warm and friendly. We were welcomed by a glass of cherry juice and a nice overview of all the activities. The building was aesthetic and well designed, with a balcony in front of rooms offering a nice view of Goreme. Room itself was a good size. It looked and felt like a cave (it was a cave room) but not too dark, there were windows overlooking the balcony. We could also see the hot air balloons from the terrace upstairs at sunrise, although a bit far than we expected. The breakfast was exceptional. So was their service. Overall a very good value for money.

It’s a lovely family run boutique hotel. The large room we booked was beautiful with 1 large room with a queen and king size bed, and a small anteroom with a twin bed with tv and fireplace. The bathroom had two sinks, a tub and then behind glass a Turkish hammam marble slab with sinks on both sides. In addition the bathroom had a third sink flanked by two toilets and two walk-in showers behind privacy glass doors. The staff also brought us a Turkish breakfast before dawn prayers - before fasting for the day during Ramadan. Several restaurants are within walking distance aside from their own Turkish Ravioli restaurant.

The location and place was absolutely beautiful! It was an easy less than 5 min walk to the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. The hotel had beautiful terraces where you could watch the sunrise and hot air balloons in the sky. Our room was a spacious 2 bedroom, bed was super comfortable and plenty of space for 2 people.
