We had the Royal Suite and it was huge. Fantastic location (not just the area, but also because we were at the start of the one way system so we were collected first or almost for all the tours. Breakfast was AMAZING, both wonderful food, amazing service, and the view made it perfect. Being a travel agent as well as a hotel, the booking of our balloon ride was easy. On booking I received a message about available tours in Cappadocia and prices. We decided closer to arrival that Nov 3rd for balloon ride worked well for us. The message said it would be €260 … then the day before the message said … €230 then we arrived and the balloon ride was €120… if we went on the 2nd as the weather was changing and the 3rd wasn’t guaranteed! The balloon is a set € cost to go up and that’s shared between all the participants, if you book online then you’re subsidising those booking with accredited travel agents like this one. We also had a hamam, the entrance is through a tunnel under the hotel! The Nigerian ladies were lovely and it was a wonderful experience. I’d recommend staying here and enjoying the hospitality of Cappadocia.

Location was perfect, near the centre of Goreme. We hired a car and there were limited parking spots available in front of the hotel. Staff (Gukan - unsure about spelling) was a great host, giving us an introduction to Cappadocia and gave us free turkish delights to try. We booked a family cave suite which is slightly hot which I believe due to the materials of the building however we didn't need to use the air conditioner given it's October and has cooled down significantly. The room was spacious and big bathroom. Only issue is the shower head not staying on properly and water pressure is low. The standout of the property is the view you can get from upper levels, whether at night time when the city is lit up or early morning when all the hot air balloons are in the sky, it's a view you can't miss. Breakfast is also brilliant, with great selection of choices incl eggs made to your preference. Breakfast crew were super attentive and offered additional breakfast treats, we loved the honey and cream which was super delicious. Hot food can run out so I'd recommend go before 9am.

Aydinli Cave Hotel is beautiful! The views overlooking Goreme from the many terraces are stunning as is the view you'll have while eating breakfast. There's a great selection of delicious food for breakfast, both sweet and savoury. The rooms are beautiful as well as clean and the decor perfectly matches the setting. What will truly make your stay at this hotel is the wonderful staff, they are so kind and willing to help. Extra shout-out to Gokhan! They can help set you up with tours including the hot air balloon ride (I really suggest going with Butterfly Balloons if you can) as well as transfers to and from the airport. (Side note, I recommend bringing EUR/USD/TL with you if you plan to pay in cash as the ATMs in the area have high fees). Team Aydinli really go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay not only in their hotel but in the Goreme/Cappadocia area. Their restaurant across from the hotel Turkish Ravioli is well worth a visit too, great food! I highly recommend Aydinli Cave Hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect. 5 minute walk from the centre. The hotel staff were lovely and we were always greeted with a smile. they helped us book a tour and everything went smoothly. Rang us every morning to our room when our drivers had arrived for tours and transfers. The breakfast had a lot of options and the staff even brought us some Turkish cream and fresh honeycomb to try which was amazing! Along with a few other traditional items. The room was quite spacious and clean. It was serviced anytime we asked and left with fresh bedding, towels etc. The bed was great. The pillows were the most comfortable hotel pillows ive ever slept on! The views from the hotel morning and night time are just beautiful. Everything was perfect!

We loved every second of our stay at Aydinli Cave Hotel. It was our second stay in the past two years and we hope to return again! Our room ( a Suite) was an ancient cave with all possible comforts, huge bathroom, decorated with beautiful Turkish rugs, pots. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, with many local delicacies included, you can watch every morning the air balloons flying past the terrace in front of the breakfast area of the hotel. The hotel owners and stuff are so friendly, caring, amazing people! They were attentive, welcoming, accommodating to all of our needs. At the end of our stay they presented us with Turkish delights box that we brought home with us. Would highly recommend this amazing place to fellow travelers.
